Want a free short story? Does Paris fascinate you? Yeah, you may hate it, or know little about it, but you’re curious — you can’t help it. At A Paris Café is a relatively long short story I wrote out of love of a city I’ve “lived” in several times (See this article, for instance.).
Ages ago, in the seventies, my husband visited Paris as a student. His stories inspired me. So, I re-imagined them and spun them into a fictional tale. The story mentions some enduring monuments, and the theme is about letting some dreams go.
Here’s a bribe: Follow Evy Writes, get this free short story, and notices of other freebies (print books, ebooks, gift cards, etc.). I only send out occasional emails when I know of such freebies (sorry, no beauty or food products). Or I have an article or two some of you may find interesting.
